We are pleased to offer compassionate end-of-life care services; centered around maintaining quality of life. As an agency headlined by a family of medical professionals of over 10 years of at-home-care experience, it is very important for our patients and their loved ones to feel like they are family and well cared for.
We put our patients first by providing the necessary in-home care for patients and their family/caregivers wherever they call home. We provide medical, personal, psychosocial, and spiritual care through our dedicated professional team. Each team member's unique experience is our guarantee to ensure quality care and services, no matter how difficult it may seem.

The hospice team is made up of healthcare professionals who work together to provide comprehensive care for the patient and their family. This may include a doctor, nurse, social worker, chaplain, and other specialists as needed.
Medical Our physicians work with the patient's primary care physicians & other physicians for consultation of pain & symptom management. House calls are available as needed.
Skilled Nursing Our RNs/LVNs are especially trained in pain & symptom management with 24/7 availability as needed. Includes but not limited to the following:
Personal Care Hospice Aides are especially trained and available to help assist with patient's Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); includes but is not limited to:
Psychosocial Care Our Medical Social Workers offer counseling and bereavement services for the whole family. In unison with the family/patient. dynamics. They also act as resource for a variety of community needs.
Spiritual Care Our chaplains provide the necessary spiritual support for the patient/family.
Volunteer Support Our volunteers spend time with patient and provide assistance with the following tasks but not limited to:
Medication/Medical Equipment We provide medications, basic medical equipment, & supplies related to hospice diagnosis.
Ancillary Therapy includes services provided by Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, & more.
Bereavement team offers services to help in the grieving process through the first 13 months after the death of the patient.
Yes, hospice care can be provided to individuals who are still receiving treatment for their illness. In fact, hospice care can be provided alongside curative treatments to help manage symptoms and provide emotional support.
Yes, you can change your mind about hospice care at any time. Our team will work with you to understand your needs and preferences and make changes to the care plan as needed.
To qualify, clients should:
Medicare/Medi-Cal covers hospice care for many patients.
Health Insurance HMO's will cover hospice care if not eligible for Medicare/Medi-Cal coverage.
Private Pay patients may opt out to pay Ace Genesis Hospice out-of-pocket
